◐ Introduction

The CO _ 2 RF laser is a gas laser with a wavelength of 10.64 μ m, which belongs to the mid-infrared band. The CO2 laser has high power and high electro-optic conversion rate. Carbon dioxide laser uses CO2 gas as working material. When the CO2 and other auxiliary gases are charged into the discharge tube, the gas molecules can release the laser when high voltage is added to the electrode and glow discharge is produced in the discharge tube. After expanding and focusing the laser energy released, the laser processing can be carried out by deflecting the scanning mirror.

◐ Structure Of The Equipment

The equipment mainly includes includes the double lens laser coding machine,infrared focusing indicator probes the base(lampstand), tire ejection mechanism (including ejection cylinder and hand control valve), rollers assembly, tire clamping device (including clamping screw and handwheel), bridge base(lampstand) ,etc.

◐ Operating Process

1-The tire is pushed uphill at the equipment in the warehouse to reach the top of the roller assembly.

2-Turn the manual control valve of the tire clamping device, fasten the tire to the center position, and the crutchs fasten the tire at the same time  so that the tire will not tilt and skew.

3-Rotate the tire to the desired marking position (you can choose any clock directions, such as 6 o’clock); The height of the lens on both sides is adjusted to the marking position by the vertical column hand wheel, and the focal length of the lens on both sides is adjusted by  the width-adjusting hand wheel (set with infrared focal length indicator lights). After focusing on both sides, the marking machine completes the marking.

4-The tire ejection cylinder extends, pushes the tire into the bridge base, and the tire leaves the marking station through the bridge structure.
